No dedicated app or bot is required. This page walks through the steps using Teams as the example, from signing in to using it during a meeting. The steps are the same on any other meeting tool.

なぜ Teams の設定変更なしで翻訳できるの？Why does it work without changing any Teams settings?
Overtone は Teams と連携するプラグインではなく、ブラウザの画面共有音声を直接聞き取る方式だからです。会議ツールの内部に入り込まないため、会社の Teams 管理ポリシーに触れず、相手側に何かをインストールしてもらう必要もありません。Because Overtone is not a plugin that integrates with Teams — it listens directly to the audio from your browser’s screen share. Since it never reaches inside the meeting tool, it does not touch your company’s Teams administration policies, and the other party does not need to install anything.

翻訳を「音声」で聞く／自分の発言を音声で届けるには？Hearing the translation, and delivering your own words as speech
どちらも Companion View を使います。スマートフォン / タブレットで Companion View（QR コードを読むだけ・アプリ不要）を開くと、相手の発言の翻訳音声を聞けます。PC の画面は字幕とパネルの表示専用で、音声は再生されません。Both use Companion View. Open Companion View on a smartphone or tablet — just scan a QR code, no app required — and you can hear the translation of the other party’s speech. The desktop screen is for subtitles and panels only; it does not play audio.
自分の発言を相手の言語で届けるには、同じ Companion View で送信音声を ONにします。あなたの発言の翻訳音声がスマホのスピーカーで再生され、その音を PC のマイクが拾って会議の相手に届きます。スマホの音量は相手に聞こえる最小限が目安（大きすぎると翻訳音声を再取り込みする原因になります）。To deliver your own words in the other party’s language, turn on outbound audio in the same Companion View. The translation of your speech plays through the phone’s speaker, and your PC microphone picks that up and carries it to the other participants. Keep the phone volume at the minimum the other party can hear — too loud and the translated audio gets picked up again.
