Only still images of the detected document region are sent — never camera video — and images are not stored. On the smartphone Companion View, pick the goal of the conversation (negotiate, apologise, ask …) and press "Help me"; two cards are generated on the spot. Suggestions are shown only to you, never to the other participants. As a beta feature it is offered first on the Premium plan and rolls out to all plans at GA. |

| 料金は？How much does it cost? | 税込・米ドル建てで Starter $9.99/月（会議 5 時間）・Standard $24.99/月（10 時間）・Premium $59.99/月（20 時間）。年額は約 14% お得。上限到達後は都度同意のうえ $0.10/分で継続できます（勝手に課金されません）。Prices are in US dollars, tax included: Starter $9.99/month (5 meeting hours), Standard $24.99/month (10 hours) and Premium $59.99/month (20 hours). Annual billing saves about 14%. Once you reach your limit you can continue at $0.10 per minute with your consent each time — you are never charged silently. |

| 解約するには？How do I cancel? | アプリの中からいつでも解約できます。① Overtone にログインし、画面上部のプラン表示にある「管理」を押す → ② お支払い管理ページ（決済会社 Stripe のページ）が開くので「プランをキャンセル」を選ぶ → ③ 確認画面で「キャンセル」を押すと完了です。無料期間中の解約は料金が発生しません。有料プランは支払い済み期間の末日まで利用でき、日割り返金はありません。トライアル開始時に届いたメールのリンクからも同じページを開けます。You can cancel at any time from inside the app. 1) Sign in to Overtone and press Manage in the plan display at the top of the screen. 2) The billing page (hosted by Stripe, our payment provider) opens; choose Cancel plan. 3) Confirm on the next screen and you are done. Cancelling during the free period costs nothing. On a paid plan you keep access until the last day of the period you have already paid for; there is no pro-rata refund. The link in the e-mail you received when the trial started opens the same page. |

| 会話は保存される？学習に使われる？Are conversations stored or used for training? | 会話の音声・翻訳テキストを AI の学習に使用することはありません。会話はその場限りで処理され、サーバーに保存されません（ゼロデータリテンション設計）。議事録はあなたがダウンロードした場合のみ手元に残ります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーへ。Conversation audio and translated text are never used to train AI. Conversations are processed in the moment and are not stored on our servers (a zero-data-retention design). Minutes remain only if you choose to download them. See our Privacy Policy for details. |

| 共有資料の画像はどう扱われる？How are shared-document images handled? | 共有資料の読み取りで「▶ 読み取りを開始」を押した場合だけ、資料として検出した領域の静止画を要約のために AI 処理事業者へ送ります。画像は処理後に破棄され、当社のサーバーには保存されません（事業者側の保持は最長 30 日の場合があります）。「機密」「社外秘」などの表示がある資料は議事録に残しません。詳細はプライバシーポリシー 1-5 をご覧ください。Only after you press "▶ Start reading" in Visual Digest, still images of the detected document region are sent to an AI processing provider for summarisation. Images are discarded after processing and are not stored on our servers (the provider may retain them for up to 30 days). Documents marked confidential are kept out of the minutes.
